Refund policy
Dead on Arrival (DoA) and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In case the item is DoA, please contact us within 30 days on the delivery of item via the Warranty Claim form to obtian RMA (Return Merchant Authorisation).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please refer to Warranty Info page and to fill the Warranty Claim form to obtian RMA (Return Merchant Authorisation). We will provide you with return instructions for the warranty claim process.
Change of Mind
1. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with the following conditions:
- returned within 14 days of receiving order;
- item is still in sealed packaging and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
- in a resalable condition; and
- not damaged in any way;
- For Hard Drive Product, the hard drive anti-static bag remains sealed;
- Order postage is non-refundable.
2. For change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.
- For Hard Drive Product, anti-static bag is opened, a 15% restocking fee applies.
- Order postage is non-refundable.
3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by Neology Technology, you will not be eligible for a return.
4. You may be provided with a refund only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements outlined above.
5. If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after the refund was being processed by us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
